What you need to know about Millet Hulls:
They are like fine flowing “beads” that adapt to your every little movement so that you will always have the perfect head & neck support.
The hulls allow free air circulation allowing pillows to breathe which makes it cool during the summer and warm during colder days.
Millet hulls are impervious to dust mite, mold and mildew resistant, making the pillow totally clean.

What you need to know about Spelt Husks:
Spelt husks are cleaned thoroughly to get rid of potential dust and residue.
Organic spelt husks are free of chemicals and toxins.
Breathable pillow: the spelt husks offer high support of air exchange against overheating and sweating. They retain warmth while allowing air to circulate freely because they are free of grains and containing only whole husks.
Due to the adaptability of the material, the pillow supports the head and neck whilst simultaneously massaging the neck and stimulating circulation. Together with its high silica content it could be benifical in the prevention of stiff necks and other muscle related tension.
